Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the https://www.coachedbymikeybee.com website, the online coaching service and personal training sessions operated by Mike Brookes.
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these terms. These terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access or purchase the Service.
Purchases
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your Name. Address, Contact number, Email Address and any other information we require for the purchase of the service.

Mike Brookes has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Mike Brookes shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
Termination by Mike Brookes
Mike Brookes may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability
Termination by you
You may terminate your Service agreement with Mike Brookes at anytime by giving written instructions with at least 30 days notice prior to your next payment, installment or invoice. Failure to do so may result an additional early termination cancellation fee of £35, as well as the subscription due for the 30 days required. All payments outstanding must be cleared before terminating the service.
Data storage
Your personal information is stored only as long as is necessary to provide the services requested, or until you’ve requested your data to be deleted - whichever comes first. Hereafter, your data will either be deleted or anonymized. The timespan of this process is determined by factors such as the nature of the data, why it is collected and processed, and relevant legal or operational retention needs. Your credit card data is stored for 1 month after a terminated coaching subscription.
Service commitment
You hereby agree to signing for 3 months of the plan of your choosing. Failure to commit to the 3 months period will result in court fees and debt collectors where necessary. This may affect your credit score in the future if you do not keep up with your payments.
Late Cancellations
Late cancellations on scheduled sessions require a min 24 hours notice, failure to do so will result in a lost session.
Transfer of sessions
Sessions are nontransferable and must be only used by you the client.
Refunds
Where the service is delivered personally you have 7 calendar days or until your sessions begin whichever is soonest to cancel the service from the date you paid. Online services are non-refundable once payment is made. All plans are reoccurring by activating a package with a successful payment you hereby agree to these terms. To cancel you must use the link found within your payment receipt or cancel the direct debit.
Digital Goods Refunds
Whereas for "digital goods" once payment has been successful Mike Brookes sadly cannot refund you as the goods are digital and therefore we have no control over such.
Online Coaching
Where as you have subscribed to the online coaching services you hereby agree by committing to the service, that the lack of use does not qualify for extended subscriptions or refunds. It is your sole responsibility to ensure you use the service provided to the maximum capacity. This includes following and logging the workouts within your designed program, following the diet given and reporting weekly. There is no weekly reminders or chasing for your updates. It is therefore your full responsibility to ensure you commit to the service provided for the results.
Special offers
Offers within the bundles are dispatched after 4 weeks and subject to a continued service. Cancellations/discontinued service within 30 days will result in the offer being withdrawn.
Changes
Mike Brookes reserve the right, at his sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material he will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at my sole discretion.
