Hiya I'm Mikey Bee, throughout the years I have educated and helped hundreds of men and women to transform their lives with their fitness journey. I am also recognized as one of Manchester's top 20 personal trainers. My approach to your fitness goals is to tailor your progression based on your level of experience and fitness.

I’m very passionate about helping others find happiness in life and feel good about themselves. I believe that when you FEEL GOOD, you excel in life. For me, a fitness lifestyle is much more than just lifting weights, its helping you to build a stronger mindset, a way of callusing your mind for the things in life that are unexpected. It’s about being consistent, determined and focused. 

I love helping others see and experience what their bodies are capable of with just enough hard work. I make it a goal to help you achieve a happy and well-balanced fitness lifestyle that will minimize the risk of future health-related issues, which may otherwise occur in the future.
