Whenever I say to people asking me what the fastest and best rate to lose their excess body fat, I reply with "1% a week" to lose those unwanted pounds on the scale most people go, that's way too little!! Let's look at it this way 1% consistent over 12 weeks would equal 12% so taking that into account, let's look a bit closer.
